When Covid-19 hit, many companies were looking to show their support for the community. Unilever came to us asking for help in finding ideas that showed the community that they care.

The Opportunity
With a wide representation across many important categories, Unilever scale is a key part of shoppers’ trips. But with COVID-19, many fear going out to stores for normal shopping (or may be unable to). So we’ll help them send and get their favorite Unilever products—with just a click.

The Behavior Change
Get caring Target guests, to choose Unilever PC, Home Care and Food & Refreshment, by giving them an easy online outlet to curate, package and send care packages, because Unilever’s portfolio can help us get through this health crisis with positivity and emotional support.

The Idea
We’ll create a custom digital experience that lets consumers curate and send Unilever care packages from Target to friends, family, loved ones, or anyone in need – even to themselves.
